What courier do you use for deliveries?
Most orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or UPS, depending on the country the order is shipped to and order size will determine which delivey method is used. All orders are sent using tracked or signed for methods
How long do deliveries take?
For UK deliveries items are typically dispatched by 5pm the next working day and usually take 3 working days to arrive.
For International Deliveries outside the UK items are typically dispatched by 5pm the next working day and can take from 8 to 10 working days to arrive (Please note if you live outside the European Union, your item may be subjected to import Tax, and may require a longer delivery time. (Please check with your local customs authority for further information)
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery for the United Kingdom is £4.50 but premium options for next day delivery are available. Depending on what your order consists off will determine the price, and courier used. The price of shipping is subjected to weight, and service used. For example if you purchased a pair of sneakers, it will cost you £4.50 for standard delivery, should you choose to order a pair of sneakers, and a hat, the cost of delivery will still be £4.50 as the total weight is below 2Kg
We only offer Tracked and Signed for delivery as standard for European countries. Shipping starts at £8.70
For all other detinations (world zone 1 & 2) Tracked and signed for methods are used. Shipping starts from £10.00
My order was cancelled or payment declined
In such cases the most likely explanation is that your payment did not pass our confirmation stage. The most likely cause of this could be down to a small mistake in your billing information. Please double check the details you have provided as they must match up 100%. Please also note that your bank could have blocked the payment so please check with your bank.
Other reasons could be that the item was just sold out at the same time as your purchase. When items are out of stock we tend to update the website as soon as possible but there can sometimes be a delay
Do you deliver to PO Boxes
Any orders to PO Boxes will be cancelled. NO orders will be dispatched to PO Boxes and the order will be refunded with a fee of £1.50. If you wish to use a PO Box for delivery get in touch at email@example.com for alternative payment options or via the contacts page.
Do you deliver to my country?
As of August 2017 we have expanded our services and now ship globally.

My item was shipped to the wrong address
If you used PayPal as your payment option, please be aware that we only ship to the address shown on the PayPal confirmation. Most likely you’re billing address. If you need the item shipped to an alternative address please get in touch with us at email@example.com for alternative payment methods.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.
Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.
What is a 100% confirmed address
We only ship to 100% confirmed addresses listed on the PayPal transaction. This is most likely to be your billing address. Orders are only processed if the merchant confirms your payment details are authentic. This is also known as a authorised payment.
Can I use a different payment method?
For customers with in the United Kingdom, Postal orders can be accepted. Please note customers are responsible for any fees involved. In cases where a refund must be issued, any fees will be deducted from the amount due to be returned.
For international customers Western Union can be used to pay for items. Customers are responsible for any fees involved. Unfortunately no refund can be offered on orders if you opt for this payment option.
I want to pay using a money transfer service or postal order
In cases where payments were made via a money transfer service or a UK postal Order, the customer is responsible for any fees involved. Please be aware that if we don’t receive the full amount, we will not take the payment and will cancel your order. What currencies can I pay in?
All payments are charged in Great British Pounds. £GBP.
When will my card be charged for my order?
Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.
Are all your products genuine?
Yes. All items are USA Imports and are sourced through national retailers in the USA. All items come with Product codes and can be matched on the UPC Index.
Do you have more sizes available?
With products selling very quickly online and in-store we cannot always keep up with every product that is sold or returned. Occasionally a new delivery or return may come in and not be put back into online stock straight away. If a size is not shown on any item, please get in touch via email email@example.com. I am happy to help, and source your size.
Will you be getting more stock?
We do our best to get re stock in popular items however, due to the limited and popular nature of some of the products we stock, this is not always possible. Furthermore, we like to offer new product regularly as possible.
We do not currently have the facility to let you know if or when an item is due back in stock, but get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and I may be able to source it for you through our pre order service.
What is a pre- order?
We offer our customers the chance to purchase certain limited styles prior to release and also items which have sold out prior to shipping in. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed and guarantees the goods will be shipped immediately once the product arrives into stock.
Due to the nature of some of these releases we cannot always confirm when the goods will arrive into stock, however, we will endeavour to keep you updated on the progress of your order.
How do I know if my order has been successful?
You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received, and is being processed.
You will receive a further dispatch confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready to leave our warehouse.
Coupons & Discount codes
Codes are offered on social media platform do expire, in cases where no expiry date is listed with the code, we will alert customers through Facebook or Twitter that the code is about to end.
Codes shown on leaflets tend to have a longer run, but come with no expiry date shown. If the code shown on the leaflet has expired, it means your viewing an old leaflet. For more up to date version of our leaflet, please see our Facebook or Twitter page.
Not all the products were discounted using percentage discount code
Some of the discount codes we offer are not eligible to be used on some products. If you find your using a discount code which isn’t being applied to a product in your order, its most likely that it cannot be used to purchase the item.
Refunds & Returns
What is your returns policy?
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please enclose the completed Returns Form with your goods, and make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
Please ensure all return packages are sent with a track-able, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

How do I return an item?
Please get in touch at email@example.com with your order number, email address, telephone number and the reason for the return and someone will be in touch. You need to complete a returns form which is sent with your order.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria. It can take up for 48 hours after issuing a refund for funds to appear in your bank account. This is down to your bank and card issuer.
