All prices on the website are given in Great British Pounds (£GBP), and all payments must be made in Great British Pounds (£GBP)
All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and alternative or a full refund offered. If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.
Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below payments section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us.
Your Agreement with www.crimeclothing.co.uk
Upon ordering we are not making a legal offer to provide the goods ordered. We are inviting you to make a legal offer to us for you to purchase the goods. It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept your offer of purchase.
This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt.

- Western Union & Postal Orders (For customers in countries we don’t ship to or for those who wish to pay in cash. Please get in touch at email@example.com)
Payment can be made using only the methods above, and payment for your full order offer will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method except in cases where payments were made via a money transfer service or a UK postal Order, the customer is responsible for any fees involved. Please be aware that if we don’t receive the full amount, we will not take the payment and will cancel your order. All Payments are Secure, and are handled by PayPal if you wish to order directly from the website using a credit or debit card.
We only ship to 100% confirmed addresses listed on the PayPal transaction. This is most likely to be your billing address.
We aim to delivery all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays.
If your order consists of more than one item please note that items can be dispatched separately.
UK Shipping Destinations
We offer Free Standard delivery for the United Kingdom, Premium shipping methods can be either 1st Class Signed for or Special Next Day deliver before 1pm, depending on the products ordered. For standard free delivery items are dispatched Via Royal Mail. Premium Shipping methods utilise Royal Mail, Parcelforce or UPS, depending on your order & size.
European Shipping Destinations
For European countries orders are dispatched using tracked and signed delivery methods. Depending on your order size, goods are dispatched via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or UPS.

Crime Clothing is happy to refund any items within 14 days of receipt, as long as it complies with the following:
The item is UN-damaged UN-opened, not worn, with all packaging and tags intact. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent in.
The item must be securely sent in an appropriate size postal bag, or envelope which can be purchased from any post office. Item sent not according to this clause will not be accepted and liable to damage during transit.
If the item is opened, you will not be entitled to a refund, and the item will only be sent back if the customer makes arrangements to pay for the postage and packaging for the safe return of the item.
All postage cost related to the return of the item to Crime Clothing are incurred by the customer. Any refund issued will only pertain to the cost of the item, and will not include the cost of postage and packaging.
We will only refund items in accordance with the sales of goods act, and distant selling regulations.
Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, as no form may result in taking longer to process the return. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a track-able, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please note - The above information relates only to returns on good purchased through the Crime Clothing website, not at any of our physical retail stores. Please see in-store for such information.
For international order or orders outside of the EU, the customer is liable for the return postage costs. This includes any taxes the item is charged upon UK entry. Please get in touch via email email@example.com, in advance before returning the item so we can walk you through the procedure.
We are up-to-date with new UK retail Law and In cases the item has a fault, the customer is entitled to a refund up to 30 days of receiving the item. Please get in touch via email firstname.lastname@example.org. In such cases we offer the customer the full cost of the item and the original postage costs.
Lost, or damaged items
If your item has not arrived by the expected delivery date please do get in touch with us so we may chase your delivery with the courier. In cases where the item has not arrived we offer a full refund including the original postage cost 30 days after the expected due date.
In cases where the item was damaged, but still fit for purpose a partial refund will be given depending on the type of damage. If you choose to you can also opt for a full refund. Please note damaged items are classed as unwearable and unfit for use. In such cases we ask that you return the item to receive a full refund including the original postal costs. In either case please get in touch via the contacts page or by emailing or calling us, to obtain information on how your case will be dealt with.
Returns on discounted items or items brought with offers
If multiple items were purchased using a discount code or offer, please note that if your original order falls below the required threshold you will be charged at full price for the items you wish to keep and only the difference will be refunded.
